  1. Inquiry & Booking Information: Name, corporate or personal email address, organization name, technical topic interests, and details provided in the contact form.
  2. Billing & Invoicing Data: Company name, registered address, tax identification numbers (if applicable), and transaction records for invoiced sessions.
  3. Technical & Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs and privacy-preserving analytics.

We do not collect private cryptographic keys, mnemonic seed phrases, wallet credentials, or sensitive personal information (such as biometric, health, or religious data).


We process personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of Contract: To prepare syllabi, schedule and deliver study sessions, and issue invoices.
  • Legitimate Interests: To improve the quality of our educational content, maintain server security, and prevent spam or malicious traffic.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with Thai corporate tax, accounting, and legal reporting requirements.
  • Consent: When you opt into non-essential cookies or request periodic research updates.

4. Data Retention Periods

  • Inquiry Communications: Retained for up to 12 months following the conclusion of correspondence.
  • Session & Invoicing Records: Retained for 5 years to comply with statutory Thai accounting and financial audit obligations.
  • Server Access Logs: Retained for a maximum of 90 days before automated deletion.

5. International Data Transfers

While our operations are located in Bangkok, Thailand, we may use secure cloud infrastructure providers (such as email servers and hosting nodes) that process data globally. We ensure all external processors maintain encryption in transit and at rest and provide equivalent levels of data protection.


Under applicable data protection laws (including Thailand’s PDPA), you have the right to:
